It Tells me Left4Uncut Is a Virus , This Confuses me as i think it said it was a .mua or something close to that

If you run left4gore as admin and it still don't work try starting steam as admin, too. Worked for me.

Left 4 Dead 2 is to be uncensored in an upcoming update. It's rated R18+ now in a recent announcement for Australia.

Hey, what's the difference between Left4Uncut and Left4Gore actually? Why do I need to update on Left4Gore? Left4Uncut has always been working perfectly. Is there a higher level of gore been shown in the Update or what? ^^

supex0 mentioned that he'll probably release an official update soon. He says to use the unofficial update at your own risk. Make sure to check all of its comments to make sure it works and isn't dangerous.

Works perfect on windows ! But I'm playing @home with 2 different Mac OS X devices. I guess the development at the Mac OS X version was cancelled ? No news since july 2013 :( i will donate for it if possible and i guess many others will too :) my mail at left4gore.com is not replied :( any solutions for Mac OS X ?

So here is the fix for all the people getting this error:
"Couldn't find module to patch. This is usually caused by a game update. Check for an updated Left 4 Gore release."

You as a user/admin have to take control of the left4gore.exe plus the admin ♥♥♥♥.
So just do as its said on this page at "set,view..." (you have to scroll down a bit to actually see it :D):
