      <title>Steam Group Update</title>
      <description>As you might know, this group hasn't been used for anything except server update announcements for over 6 years. Starting now, these announcements will no longer be posted here.       <title>CityRP Update 6/1</title>

This bag can be stolen and cashed in at the smuggler.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Merged the deposit box money bag with the bank vault money bag.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Due to the removal of the evidence locker, the weapon confiscation feature of the evidence wand has been merged with the handheld metal detector.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Due to the removal of the evidence locker, PCBs can now be stolen by using a crowbar on the SWAT locker, with a chance of getting armor or a weapon from it as well. There's now also a 5% chance of getting a PCB when mining rocks.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Updated to version 2.0 of the Universal Crafting System addon. This will make the system much easier to maintain in the future.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Stripped out the remaining parts of the old mining system, including the ores, smelted ore crafting ingredients, rock and tree grinders, and the old axe and pickaxe weapons. The axe and pickaxe have been replaced with alternatives from the HL2 melee weapon addon.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Frag grenades and grenade launchers can now instantly mine rocks.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; All crafting descriptions now explain the item rather than just listing the recipe.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Reduced the price of late-game crafting items.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; The heat lamp can now be used in place of sunlight for all farm plants.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Farm food now restores a small amount of hunger.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Reduced the grow time for all farm plants.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Weed and coca plants are now part of the farm system. The seeds can be purchased at the contraband dealer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Drugs can no longer be inventoried, and must be put in a drug box to be sold to the smuggler. The box can be purchased at the contraband dealer. Once an item is added to the box, it cannot be removed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Replaced the propane canister with the GAuto fuel can for fueling all drug-related entities.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Cocaine can now be purified by any amount. Higher purification takes longer, costs more fuel, and makes the high last longer. Lower purification takes less time, and has a higher chance of having bad withdraw effects and making players instantly wanted when trying to sell it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Replaced the meth stove and meth pot with meth mixer and meth oven entities. A wide variety of ingredients can be added to the mixer, each having their own unique effect. Some ingredients may cause only negative effects. 10 ingredients are required for the mixing process to start. The oven is used to bake the mixed ingredients into the final product. The oven requires fuel and constantly runs. Leaving cooked meth in the oven for too long will cause an explosion.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Replaced the two meth ingredients with one filler ingredient. At least one bottle of filler is required to make meth. Failing to add it will cause the mixer to explode.       <title>HLU RP Update 12/21:</title>

When the survey team is mining crystals in Xen, there is a 10% chance of obtaining a pure crystal sample. These samples can be inserted into the AMS to trigger the cascade. There are currently two samples that correspond with the available City 17 RP maps. When the HECU detonates the nuke, the chosen City 17 RP map is no longer random and now depends on what sample was inserted into the AMS.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Added a loyalty system to City 17 RP that determines when citizens are allowed to perform certain actions. For example, citizens cannot have more than 90% loyalty to spawn the rebel crafting table, and cannot have more than 25% loyalty to become a Resistance Leader. Loyalty can be reduced by mining and killing Combine units, but the Combine can also force a citizen's loyalty to increase by beating them with stunsticks, killing them, or arresting them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Added a cooldown when being demoted from a job so that players cannot immediately choose that job again.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Added GAuto. Vehicles can now run out of fuel and be destroyed, but not permanently. The Custodian on BMRP will now spawn with vehicle fuel and repair tools, and rebels on Outland RP can craft repair kits and fuel cans. Vehicles that spawn around the map on Outland RP will spawn with random health and fuel amounts.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Added a 1.5 hour time limit to Outland RP. Due to this change, the Weapon Specialist has been moved to the Science category and will no longer spawn with weapons and ammo, but being able to spawn weapon shipments hasn't changed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Renamed the Service Official to Custodian.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; The Biochemist now spawns with the Possessor by default instead of having to craft it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Vortigaunts will now be demoted back to Citizen when killed on City 17 RP.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; The loading screen will now indicate and give a short explanation about what segment of the RP the server is currently playing on.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; The Overwatch Soldier, Overwatch Guard, and Resistance Leader jobs are now restricted until at least 5 metrocops are killed. This was done to make the progression to more powerful units feel more natural.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Increased the time, range, and conditions for spawning loot around the map on Outland RP.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Replaced the portal closing button on Outland RP with a central core that the rebels must destroy to eliminate the Combine and end the session.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Manhacks on Outland RP are now deployable by Overwatch Soldiers instead of by all Combine units from an NPC.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Players will now automatically enter Combine vehicles when deploying them on Outland RP.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Combine vehicles will now automatically despawn after 5 minutes of inactivity on Outland RP.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Players will now be forced to respawn when switching teams on Outland RP to prevent abuse.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Changed the Combine Vehicle NPC to a Vehicle Deployment Terminal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Improved the rebel rocket launch button to make it more noticeable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Moved the Refugee to a separate category on Outland RP so it doesn't have access to the rebel buy menu.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Due to changes made to Outland RP, the gm_atomic map is now accessible from BMRP, but only under special conditions that allow for inserting a nuke into the AMS.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Reworked how events are handled on BMRP. The Gman can choose what event should trigger next, but can no longer trigger it directly.
