Don't waste your time reading this unless your name is matt, sonny, jake, or Delgado(forgot irl name lol xD). We are having some issues, and if I say them to you, I always get an argument, so here they are. Jake, in my opinion, you waste your breathe on useless shit sometimes, kinda hard to explain. You would rather talk about your teammate baiting you at the start of the round in the start of the next one then ask about things important to the round currently starting. I feel like we could all improve on this, but it's noticeable by you, sorry. Matt, you are way to FUCKING CRAZY about shit that doesn't matter. You are in a way the same as Jake, but in a different way. You don't mention getting baited at the start of the next round, you mention getting wallbanged for 2hp on the pistol round of the last half...... c'mon Matt xD. Sonny, you don't even play anymore, get good mate. lol Btw they are all pretty serious tbh so #stepitup.

A Major Issue

I have noticed that within my team there are a few players that prefer using 64 tick valve matchmaking servers over faceit 128 tick free use competitive servers. There are many reasons to use 128 tick over 64, so please listen up. 128 tick is more responsive than 64 tick, especially with hit registration. 128 tick is also used in more advanced competitive matches, and if bunny hops are going to sustain their ease, I suggest learning to bunny hop on 128 tick as well. Faceit matches specifically are unranked and that means you play with a fair amount of higher ranked players. If while playing a match against a higher ranked player you are able to find your mistakes, then you will perform better and be able to outsmart your enemies. Valve matchmaking is also despised by all good players, not only professionals, because of it's bad connection, toxic players, and its map choices. I hope this opened your eyes enough to be able to see that faceit, cevo, and esea are much better choices than matchmaking, and quite frankly, matchmaking rank means nothing about your true skill as a player considering csgo is a team-based game which requires good teamwork rather than ourstanding solo players.

Player roles, executing t side, and game understanding

Understanding how to set up a terrorist side execute is not as simple as just getting in position and throwing nades. Relative to strat calling effectively, being able to get intel so we can tweak an execution strat can be the difference between winning and losing a round. Steel makes a lot of good examples of how intel can work out for this really well. Knowing whether or not they have exhausted resources, play certain positions, and even how the enemy team rotates can be huge advantages to be given to us.

Here are some of the things we really need to work on if we are to get better.
-We need more people to learn the support position. So far, only I main the support, with some people who know how to do it somewhat, but not fully. If you want to learn, let me know and I can teach you.
-We really need to work on our coms. Knowing how and what to communicate is one of our biggest problems. The amount of yelling and salty talk we do is a bit much, and talking during clutches is a big thing we all need to work on.
-Taking and giving criticism. Definitely also one of the biggest problems we have and why people have left our group. Especially as an IGL, being able to give criticism during a match can be very beneficial if given constructively, while giving it destructively can tilt and ruin a team game.
-The buddy system. While this sounds dumb, this technique is more so used for clearing and holding sites. If we have 3 people executing a site, there is no reason for those 3 people to be clearing the same angle while the enemy team shoots us from multiple angles. We really need to practice who takes what angles, and how to trade for kills during an execute.

A-team players, please write in the comment section what player roles you are best at, secondary player roles, and player roles you have a hard time with

The Top 5

I have figured out what I will be doing within this group. Everyone who is moderator, and me, will be part of the main 5 man team. These are people you will ask about recruitment to the 5 man, when you can queue with us, and should be quite active. I would add some of the main 5 players in the group, as they can help you and play with you anytime. Only non-toxic people that can maintain a consistent level of skill should be in this group, some more skilled than others.

Changes in Recruitment

I am changing the recruitment session! The start of the day will be matchmaking / faceit matches with people willing to try out! These have no organized time, but the teamspeak 62.210.142.114 and the channel name FrenZy's Channel are still being used. The password is TKRD. Good luck, the private lobby will be hosted near the end of the day instead. Time not set.

Recruitment

If you got a link to this page, it is because I, FrenZy, would like to offer you a spot on Team KRB. Message me back your age, hours played, and desired role. Also, please try to memorize 1 smoke on each map, as smokes are necessary to do site executes.
