Hahaha and all it took was threatening to no longer buy anything from them to transfer my email address to an email that will work, so my account is back in my hands, and will not be having the authenticator again until I get a new phone.

Well, fighting with Arenanet support to get access to my account back. authenticator was removed but their email system isn't sending the verification email to my email address and they refuse to even attempt to send it to an alternate email to test to see if it's on their end... lazy support is lazy.
