What I was specifically looking for was something along the lines of a "Playfire Rewards" idler where the prog would scan the playfire rewards page, compare it to the games you own, and for those that have rewards for running / playtime, run said game for the appropriate time.

As you can see it'll be pretty similar to the current prog but i suppose as a seperate prog you would not even have to use a steam login / coockies to do it. Worth a shot I suppose ...

The problem with doing this is that Playfire has banned people for doing stuff like this in the past. So automating the Playfire process is probably not a good idea, as some people who have been banned from Playfire have also been banned from purchasing from Greenmangaming. It's pretty obvious that they frown on this kind of stuff so I'm not eager to help people get in trouble.

You have more than enough hours in all of your games for all of your cards for those games to have already dropped. These card drops do not regenerate.

In fact, I recommend closing Idle Master completely if you plan on connecting to a VAC enabled server.

Well, implementing something like this would take a significant amount of work to put into the existing program - to the point of essentially re-writing it. I can see how something like that could be useful, so perhaps another C# developer could pick up and re-use some of the Idle Master source code to make something like this happen.

I've identified the issue that causes this, and I'm working on a fix. It can happen when Idle Master checks the card drop status and has an issue connecting to Steam's servers. It could be an issue with your internet connection or with Steam's. Hopefully I'll have a solution for this soon.

This means you don't have the ImageTk package installed. Please run

sudo apt-get install python-pil.imagetk

and then try restarting Idle Master.

Idle Master's servers were down for unscheduled maintenance earlier. This issue should be resolved now as the servers are back online.

Every game has it's own timer for how often cards drop - each game's drop time is unique and set by the game developers.

As long as Steam shows you "in game", then you should be getting the card drops with Idle Master.

As long as each account has it's own PC, you'll both get drops just as fast as if you were on separate internet connections.
