Please follow each of the methods outlined in this thread to troubleshoot issues with idlemaster before posting a new thread.

Reply to this thread once you've tried all of the methods to no success. Obviously if any of them work you won't need to, but you can comment on what was the source if you wish to add a note for those who may be in the same situation as you in the future.

Nothing is wrong with Idlemaster. The problem is Valve-end.

There's two possible causes

One, for some reason they now have a system which gives cards when a game CLOSES rather than passively.

So the fastest way to "farm" cards is actually to just open idlemaster and keep clicking "next game" until you hit the end of the line, then repeat until all cards are obtained.

Two, if you EVER refunded a game ever, you will not get drops until 2 hours have passed in the game. The idea being to prevent you from getting all the drops then demanding a refund. Some jackholes did this, hence why now everyone who ever gets a legitimate refund must suffer.

First up, read the FAQ. This is literally one of the answers there. The FAQ is in the pinned topics. You would have had to ignore it to find the post-discussion button.

Long story short: You've run out of cards to gain from the idlemaster program. Steam/Valve give you only half (50%) of 1 single badge level for free. The rest you're expected to buy or trade for.
In short your idlemaster "Car" is out of fuel. You want it to get you more cards? Buy or obtain (via giveaways) more card-giving games.

To pre-empt a few followups I often get:
"Can I use <Free to play game, usually TF2> for cards?": Yes but you'll need to pay them about $20 USD to get 1 free card. Not cost effective but a nice freebie if you would spend that cash anyway.
"How do I get more games?": Check the storefront for cheap deals, you can easily get games 50c or less. Or if you're unable/unwilling to pay, join one of the dozens of giveaway groups, who will host giveaways or link to giveaways (depending on the group)
"Will turning the cards into gems/trading the cards mean it will work after they're gone?" Nope. Once your counter hits 0 that's the end.

Reboot Steam before playing CSGO to resolve this issue.

Problem is steam-end. You need to do the "Stop/start" thing to get the drops because steam only drops when a game closes now for some random reason.

One option to get drops quickly is to open idlemaster and rapidly "next game" until you run out of games, as this seems to give drops about 50% of the time per game.

The only other alternative is if you EVER refunded a game you will need to idle a game for 2 hours before you get drops.

He already addressed your "problem". The "Is it safe?" question is in the FAQ which is why L0GIC cited it.

Yes this program is safe. However there's a sliver of a chance that some arbitrary jerkweed in Steam will add it to VAC so we're obligated to say it's not PERFECTLY safe. That said the chance of its adding is so remote that it's up there with "random meteor-based death".

Next of all, your problem has nothing to do with the author of the program this is entirely your end.

Specifically Your Microsoft .net framework. Follow that link to the relevant pinned discussion and follow the instructions therein to repair the damage.

Also I've edited your title since it implied there's an issue with the actual idlemaster program (which it is not) as opposed to being a clientside problem (which it is).
