The program doesn't generate cards. It only checks for valid games on your account which still have drops available. If it's saying "Completed" it means you need to either purchase new games which have drops (or get a key from a giveaway, good luck with that) OR spend the equivalent of $5 USD in your own currency in microtransactions to get +1 card drop for a free to play game.

Did you recently refund a game? That has a negative impact of slowing drops further for some reason.

If you have ever refunded a game, steam will only drop cards after 2 hours and only will begin dropping after it closes the game. if it's run for 5 hours, turn off the program then resume, it should begin dropping.

You most likely have run out of valid games to run. Check on your "badges" page and see if any of them have "drops remaining". If not, Idle master will turn itself off so it doesn't waste your computer's resources.

Idle master doesn't acquire games. It scans your "badge" list on steam and runs the games which have card drops remaining, which is decided by Valve not by the Idle Master developer. You only have 2 valid targets, it automatically removes any invalid targets.

judging from your profile, you don't have any games which are targets for Idle Master. You need to own games with unclaimed steam cards for idle master to turn on, otherwise it turns itself off to conserve resources.

The point of the system is to encourage people to buy the cards they need from people who don't plan to collect their own badge. It would defeat their purpose if people can just keep farming them infinitely.
