The line around your profile is blue not green which means steam isn't seeing the game as being played. Close everything, sign out everything and try again - check your steam client to make sure it thinks the game is playing.

i mean when i'm playing, cards drop so late. all of my friends drop 5 min 1 hour, when i using 3 hour- 12 hour

Have you ever refunded a game?

If so it will always take 3 hours before first drop (which slows down the whole process) because people used to idle games for 2 hours 50 minutes and then refund it and sell the cards for profit.

Valve didn't like people taking money from their profits. So if you ever refund an item, you permanently cannot get card drops prior to the 3 hour (point of no-refund) mark.

We've never had a VAC ban caused by Idle master.

Nope, it'll just be one instance as far as Steam is concerned. You will just confuse the hell out of your computer.

Buy more games or get them via steam key giveaways (eg Humblebundle,Indiegala or other steam users)

If you mean "How do I make my existing stuff give more" there is no fix. Steam does not ever give you cards a second time (although having "no drops remain" does add you to the wait list for a booster pack for that game, so you can potentially get random booster drops but you can expect an average of 1 pack per 24 months for any given game)

ty for your answer, do you know anything else where i can idle hours while my computer is off?

I know of Idledaddy but that will only work until you have no card drops remaining, so it will likely not suit your desires if your goal is just to idle hours for playtime.
