No. You can use Archi's Steam Farm if you want a program which is updated and does similar to idlemaster, but idlemaster itself has been terminated.

Yeah it can. As long as you actually OWN the game (which a stupid number of people seem to think it works for games you don't own) and drops remain for the game (check your badges list of you're unsure) idlemaster will try to idle the games for you. It doesn't need the game installed to imitate it.

Begging probably. Or harassment on how you're SURE that there's definitely not a way to cheat the steam system into idling games they don't own. At least that's my experience from this sort of scenario.

Or in less technical terms, every $10 in micro transactions gets you a card as a freebie.

If you're using a PC then that is the route in your computer to find the duplicate files you need to remove to repair the issue. "YOURNAME" is substituted with your actual name.
