I see your game count (on your profile) as not changed since your last post, so you're lying. Please follow my instructions.

First up are you running both of them in client mode (ie: NOT admin)? Admin mode is known to stuff up idlemaster for reasons unknown.

Second, make sure you've unzipped the file and you're running it on your computer as a normal program (no virtual programs, etc) because...well related to above, Idlemaster is a really dumb program. As in unintelligent.

Third: Assuming neither of these are working, go into your program files and appdata to find the hidden idlemaster file within. Erase it completely, then try load the program again (this should reset any glitches due to a bad file being loaded up).

If we reach this point and it's STILL not working we'll go from there.

Long story short: You've run out of cards to gain from the idlemaster program. Steam/Valve give you only half (50%) of 1 single badge level for free. The rest you're expected to buy or trade for.
In short your idlemaster "Car" is out of fuel. You want it to get you more cards? Buy or obtain (via giveaways) more card-giving games.

To pre-empt a few followups I often get:
"Can I use <Free to play game, usually TF2> for cards?": Yes but you'll need to pay them about $20 USD to get 1 free card. Not cost effective but a nice freebie if you would spend that cash anyway.
"How do I get more games?": Check the storefront for cheap deals, you can easily get games 50c or less. Or if you're unable/unwilling to pay, join one of the dozens of giveaway groups, who will host giveaways or link to giveaways (depending on the group)
"Will turning the cards into gems/trading the cards mean it will work after they're gone?" Nope. Once your counter hits 0 that's the end.

KEEP IN MIND that this part is mostly theory, but it's a pattern I observed:

As far as I can tell, games obtained with a retail key require to be closed down to obtain their cards. Games brought from Steam directly tend to drop over time, while key-given games refuse to drop cards until you close the game down (presumably to make farming harder?)

So at this point, just open idlemaster then click the hell out of the "next game" button to farm the cards as rapidly as possible. The idlemaster community is divided as to if "waiting 5-10 minutes" between clicks or "Just click the thing recklessly" is more efficient, but either way should yield results (the debate is "Is this one more efficient than the other?" rather than "Does it work?". We know it works).

Black list the game. There's a button which pops up when idlemaster is picking out the games. Just click "blacklist" and you're good to go. Press the "next game" button to make sure there's no VAC games in the listings before you leave it to just run by itself.

It's reasonably safe. We've yet to get any bans due to using the program.

1) Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Doing so will slow down card drops substantially, however there's nothing to stop you other than this. To check for VAC, go to the game's store page. I used Left 4 Dead 2 to check this, it should be under your list of "Friends who play this game". It'll read "Value Anti-Cheat Enabled" if the game has VAC
