You can either use cmd or make a shortcut and edit the command-line to do that,
just put the game id after steam-idle.exe
if you don't know how to get game's app id: SteamDB[steamdb.info]

You can try, but many of them have failsafes to prevent that from working.

Sometimes the devs forget although.

You will have to forgive my bluntness, but seriously dude? You're the 5th person TODAY to report this "bug" which is on the FAQ and has a topic dedicated to it (and how to fix it).
