If you are receiving cards prior to the two-hour mark, idle games individually. The other settings pertain to those accounts that require a minimum of two hours for each game before cards start dropping.

(The only speculations that seem to be believable about the cause for different drop algorithms for different accounts revolve around whether refunds have been granted in those accounts.)

My games always require a minimum of 2 hours before I get any drops, I wonder if continuing to idle all of them together after the 2 hours might now work more effectively than in the past.

Some of us still have to put up with 2+ hours until the first card drop so a tool like Idle Master can be quite useful.

Steam Parental is only there if you set up Family View otherwise ignore it.

In regards to Steam (or a browser) having problems loading the badges page, I have found that when the Steam Community servers are overloaded, there are sometimes page load fails, even with extensions and AV off. I try to do as much as possible when there are the fewest people online.

As to IdleMaster failing, I observed that when the Badge list pages took too long to load, it failed while trying to sort the badges but worked when I left the search order as default. This was also true in the previous version of Idlemaster, even before there were page numbers on the Badges page.

It is possible that the developer of your game has changed the idle time necessary for card drops. Try idling for longer. Reports have claimed some games had no drops until after more than 2 hours had passed.

What do you mean "quick enough to keep idling them"? I thought the whole point of idling them was so that they could run however long necessary without you worrying about them.

Worse. Trying to run two games simultaneously will slow down card production for both, reportedly to an even greater extent than running them sequentially for cards.

You can only gain Steam Trading Cards for games that you own, that are on your Steam account. Games shared to you, demos, and free weekends do not count. This is regardless of whether you use Idlemaster.

Idlemaster will run if you own any game that has card drops remaining, regardless of whether the game is installed.
