1 folder, delete them all, unzip to one folder

via control panel where you add/remove programs (or whatever it's called in win10)

Ps you need to have correct MS dot.net framework too and see if it can be repaired.

Delete all these after logging everything out:

This order:
Log everything out of steam.
Close steam,
close idle-master.
delete appdata,
start steam client and log it in,
then start idle master log it in.

using win10?

yes, and unzip idle master to some place new, use new unzipped version.
log out both steam and idle master, then restart steam, use new unzip of idle master

But note:
Idle master reads your badge page, linked here, it looks for 'card drops remaining'

Steam gives the cards(not idle master), Steam only gives half a badge set number of cards.

I don't think steam is going to register a game running more than once, you could try it and see what happens..
