Reset IE to defaults, specifically the security zones. Idle Master login page is using Internet Explorer.

Cards are cheaper than games, steam.tools/cards/ and booster packs are the cheapest way to get the cheapest cards.

Except for a few of the games at http://dailyindiegame.com/content_digaccount.html, best to credit the account with a few dollars in order to % of fees.

Not possible, Steam gives you half a set per game, no more.

It's in the menu settings.

You looked at your badge page? How many card drops does it say you have? It can take over 3 hours for the 1st card of a game to drop.

You can blacklist apps from the menu

You get card drops only if your badge page says you have 'card drops remaining'.
All IM does is tell steam a game is playing, you get the cards just the same as if you actually played the game.
