ASF is it's own client but IM uses the Steam client - the Steam client broadcasts what games are playing and so it is the Steam client which you have to set to invisible.

Steam has draconian rate limiting for many aspects of the Steam market, I think it's because they simply don't want to spend money on adequate servers or to create an inventory system that doesn't reload inventories over and over again instead of just changing the bit that needs to be changed.

It's practically the same, the fixes work for all versions.

Log it all out, don't run IM from the zip file, extract it properly. Try again.

Wouldn't recommend taking the risk although still it's unlikely, I've never heard of anyone receiving a VAC ban because of idling but then I don't get to hear about every ban that happens.

IDK, those windows don't normally take focus, that's unusual. What version of Idle Master Extended are you using? Maybe uninstall / delete all traces of IM extended including appdata for it and then get a fresh copy from github.

Also what version of Windows are you using? I'm testing with Win7 now.

Testing IM 1.10 and I see no sub - windows whether idling multiple games at once or just one at a time.

Unfortunately I was just looking this weekend for a way to stop Chrome from grabbing focus and there did not seem to be a good way for MS Windows to prevent this.
