So is CardIdleRemsatered actualy working now? I've seen a few posts above saying it does. Just want to re-comfirm it does.

EDIT: nvm its working. Without all the troubles the original IM is giving. Will switch to that for now.

I prefer IM rather ASF as well..

As long i can get IM to work even with "remember this pc" or using the cookies from browser like the other time, i will stick with it. Surely i hope the problem will get fixed too.
I wish someone would actualy take this project on and work on it for real.

Same problem here right now. Think steam broked again with the earlier patch (2h before i reply here).

It gives for me either "Idling Complete" or "Cannot read badge page" and trying forever to reload.

And before someone comes and post the classic troubleshooting from the other topic. THEY ARE NOT WORKING.

run CardIdleRemastered .exe and follow the instructions.

There is an EASIER way as well.
Go get Card Idle Remastered. After you open it you will see a "Time Idle" option. This one does not require you to log in but it needs your steam client open.
Simply click on the + button and add the games you want to farm your cards (or farm time). You need to type the game id number or simply put its store page url.
After it locates it click ok.
Do this for every other game you like.
Press on the small Play button on each game afterwards.
You will need to close manualy each game done farming. Multi farming WORKS.

And the easiest way ONLY if you want to farm a single game. The catch in this one is that it requires the game you want to idle to have achievements.
Get SAM (steam achievement manager) and simply open the game there. Then just leave it open until you get all cards. Do not mess with protected achievements and statistics.

Heres something else that works AT LEAST FOR ME..
If you have CardIdleRemastered, you can switch to Time Idle (the option you dont need to log in), add the games you want to idle using their store page urls and hit play buttons to all. This way you can farm hours AND cards like that..
Am using it right now.

True.. SAM could help, as long the game you want to idle has achievments (so it can detect it) and you have like 1-2 games max to idle (1.3h each at best).. Good thinking.

This solution does NOT work with latest versions.. Dunno if you are using some ancient IM that could be installed, but there is no such thing on 1.4 and 1.4.1
