does it show you're currently in-game and "1 idle now" ? if it does, its working, just wait
Go on setting and select "idle each game individually"

does it work iam in it for an hour but still 0 cards

if you're using win10 you may notice that idlemaster can't detect steam running status

use search function to find IdleMaster.exe (NOT shortcut) and Run it as Administrator

if it's work not idlemaster will be able to detect steam runnning status

It should be in AppData > Local > Apps > 2.0 > some folder but NOT Data folder > another folder (only one folder in this step) > idle..tion_(some number and alphabet) > there you are

or just use search like i said
