If all you want is Exp, just purchase the cards off the Market. Both of these sites have sortable tables to find which game has the cheapest sets.

Double check your Badges page to see if you have drops remaining. Looks like all your STC enabled games have sufficient playtime to have received all of your free cards.

Non-F2P games only give you half (rounded up) of the number of total cards in the set. Duplicates will count against that number. Trading/Selling/Using those cards will not give you additional drops.
F2P games require that you spend 9$US for each.

Double check your Badges page to see how many drops you have left. All the STC enabled games you own have enough playtime to have received all the allotted free cards.

Not every game has cards. Of your 14 games it looks like only 4 of them are STC enabled and one of the (TF2) is F2P which means you need to spend 9$US for each drop you want.

You only get cards if Steam thinks you're playing that game. Having Idle Master falsely report playing a non-Steam game would accomplish nothing.

Neither of the games in that picture are displaying playtime on your Games page. Are you running Idle Master while in Offline mode? Are the games being forcibly closed moments after it starts?

There's been a couple of reports about the games crashing moments after Idle Master starts, but I don't recall any solution.

Could you be more specific?
Is Idle Master not starting? Not connecting? Setting your computer on fire? Are you getting the "Idle Complete" message?

The 2 hours before normal drops is fairly recent (~2 months)
The reduction in drop rate for running multiple games has been around since Beta.
