Could you post a screenshot of your Badges page?
Your profile doesn't indicate that you've spent money on any of the F2P games so you're not entitled to any cards from them. At 108 hours of playtime, you should have received all of your free cards from CS:GO, and you have 3 CS:GO cards in your Inventory which is the proper number of free cards you should have received.

Yes, it will idle games that are not installed.

So far Valve has given no indication that they care if you run Idle Master, a VAC ban is very unlikely.

You need to either type the full path to steamidle.exe or run the command from within the Idle Master folder

There are multiple ways to grab the AppID, The URL for the Store page and Badges page are perhaps the most common means.

Buy more games. The Idle Complete message means your Badges page reports that you do not have any drops remaining for any of your games.

If you visit your Badges page and it says you have drops remaining, try logging out of Idle Master and then back in. If you're not sure where you look on the Badges page, the yellow boxes in this image show where to look.

What exactly it happening? The two most common issue either having no drops remaining or Idle Master and Steam are running at different user levels.

If you don't have drops remaining, you need more drops (I.E. buy more games)
If it's a different user level, run right click on the Idle Master icon and select Run as Administrator

You don't need to select the game, IM checks your Badges page, generates a list of games that have drops remaining and then idles those games.

There should be a picture in Idle Master showing what game you're idling. Steam will also report that you're in game that you're idling.

Are you manually starting GMod and then Idle Master? If you want to idle a game, there's no reason to manually start the game, Idle Master will do that on its own.
