You do not need to have the game installed, but you do need to own the game. For example, Idle Master can't get you Skyrim cards because you do not own Skyrim. Whether you've played the game or not is irrelevant, if you have drops remaining Idle Master should work on it. If your Badges page says you do not have any drops remaining, then there's nothing Idle Master can do for you.

Do you have drops remaining? 19.9 hours is more than enough time to have received all of your free drops. Crafting the badge does not reset your drops.

Free-2-Play games do not give any cards just for adding them to your Library, you must spend 9$US for each drop. Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) the number of cards in the set. Trading/Selling/Using your cards will not provide additional/replacement drops.

Prior to the refund policy changes you could idle multiple games and receive cards from them all, but it increased the time between receiving cards. The best case scenario, idling simultaneously was just as good as idling sequentially, although there were some results that it was worse to idle simultaneous.

If you're going to be testing simultaneous vs sequential drop rates, you'll want to share what games so we could check the drop rate in the other scenario.

Same response, post a screen shot of your Badges page that shows you have drops remaining. Glancing over both of your Games lists, it is possible you have received all of your free drops.

What page number are those games on? There was a bug a while back that prevented Idle Master from reading any badges/gamecards on page 9 or further, possible it's related.

Yes, because Valve decided you only get half the first set.

I bought some games too buy i get 3 cards only from them and now it say "Idling complete"
Sinister City gave me only 3cards out of 5 , Same as Escape machines

As I mentioned previously, you only get half (rounded up) of the set. If the set is 5 cards you will only get 3 cards from playing. 5/2 = 2.5 rounded up to 3

If you want the remaining cards you have 3 option:
1) Trade with other users
2) Purchase them from the Market
3) Wait patiently for booster packs

Depends on what you want. All badges are worth the same amount of Exp so if you just want the Exp then whatever's the cheapest game that has cards. Although it's generally cheapest to just purchase the cards outright

Double check your Badges page to see if the games have drops remaining, not every game has cards. You'll also want to double check your blacklist to make sure you didn't block it.
