It's not impossible, but so far I've never heard of someone getting VAC bans. About once a month someone makes a concerned post because they forgot IM was running when they started playing and so far there has not been any VAC bans attributed to using IM.

No. Running multiple games at the same time will either extend the timer between drops to the point where it's less effective than just running them 1 at a time, or it will completely block card drops.

Idle Master doesn't make it easy to select specific games, that said, with 109 hours of playtime I doubt you have drops remaining for it anyways.

Free-to-Play games do not give any drops just for adding them to your Library, you must spend 9$US for each drop. Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) the number of cards in the set. Duplicates will count against your allotment of free cards. Trading/Selling/Using cards will not grant you replacements.

Barring some bug I'm not familiar with, they should all hit 2 hours of playtime after 2 hours. If Steam could only track playtime for one game than it would not be useful to idle multiple games simultaneously.
