Double check your Badges page and make sure you have drops remaining. Steam says you have 4 non-F2P games, 3 of them are STC enabled. You have more than enough time in those 3 games to have received all of your free cards.

The Heuristic check doesn't mean that it's been identified as a virus, it means it does something that a virus might do. The theory is handy, but in my experience it's always been a false positive.

Tell Norton to ignore Idle Master and it should no longer kill IM.

Does it say "Idle Complete"? Are you running more than 1 game at a time?

Right now you have 3.1 hours of playtime in Luscious and 2 cards for it. 2 hours for the Return window and 1 hours (30 minutes * 2) for the cards puts you at 3 hours, this looks like it's working properly.

Are you running more than 1 game at a time? Running multiple games drastically reduces the drop rate, if not completely stops it.

If you run Idle Master and connect to a VAC enabled server, yes. Idle Master does not connect to game servers so as long as you don't play a game while running Idle Master you are safe.

When you get a card, it has a 1% chance of being a foil version. There is no known method to increase the chance. It's possible you're just unlucky.

Do the following:

Click Start
Click My Computer (This PC on Win 8)
Double Click the C: Drive
In the Search bar search for steam-idle.exe
Let it complete the search
Look for steam-idle.exe (It will have the Steam Piston logo)
Right Click it (if more than one use the first listing)
Select Open File Location
Right Click the address bar (directory listing) and select Copy Address As Text

Now Click Start again
In the search bar type CMD
Click the CMD.EXE file in the search results to open a command promot
Type CD and hit the space bar
Right click in the black window
Select Paste
Press Enter

Type steam-idle.exe #####
Replace ###### with the games appid

To get the games appid go to the games store page and it will be listed in the URL

Go to Idle Master's folder. Hold down Shift and right click on the file called Steam-Idle. One of the options should be "Open Command Window Here". That should open up a black window. enter "steam-idle.exe 730" without the quotation marks. If you want to run something different than CS:GO replace the 730 with the app-id of whichever game you want.

And just to make sure it's clear, this will not give you extra cards if you've received your free allotment.

Can Idle Master be used to pad my playtime of a particular game?

The steam-idle.exe application that's included with Idle Master can be given a command line argument of the appid of the game you'd like to idle. For example, if you'd like to idle Team Fortress 2 for playtime, you can simply run "steam-idle.exe 440" from a command prompt. There is no user interface for this, it must be done through the command line.
