I have to say that my games that dropped cards while I was playing another game (that has cards, but no drops remaining) were already over the 2 hours of gameplay, and I was also using "Idle games with more than 2 hours, then simultaneously". So I had 2 games running simultaneously--one with drops, and one without.

Edit: 8 hours later, it's still working ;) Some more info: I'm playing Ashes of Immortality, which is an RPGM game. Not sure if it matters, but just in case I'm the only one getting this.

Actually, nope, cards stopped dropping when you are playing multiple games some months ago. I had a game running and I was idling, and I got about 3 cards in 1 hour. Totally not normal, unless they've changed something again.

Got 3 cards now while playing another game. Anyone else got that?

I never ask for refund. Yesterday in my main, cards drop before the 2hs, later i try on my alt and in that one the cards drop only after 2hs.

Maybe your alt doesn't have full market rights?

My guess is the moment you decide to pull a stunt like that they will take action. If you abuse the refund system regardless they will cut off privileges once they notice.

Know people who can longer refund at all for abusing it.

Still, that's lame. If I asked for refund once, it doesn't mean I will again. I've only requested refunds before when the game was unplayable (except once, when I bought a DLC and regretted doing so literally 15 minutes later, because I wouldn't play the game anymore), and I should get punished for that? And once this happens to me, I get a life sentence of waiting 2 hours for drops? It's a mild coarsion into not requesting a refund when you're entitled to one.

Basically, this afternoon I still had 757 card drops remaining, now that number is 0.
So either Valve banned us from trading card drops, or something else is wrong.

That's paranoia. IM is working fine for me... Probably a Steam bug, like always.

I got a card drop for a game I supposed wasn't idling for (Steam says otherwise), even though I was idling for 4 games and playing a 5th one.

Seems like I'm not getting any early drops, someone on my list also reported getting early drops and he's never requested a refund. I might have gotten a bug near the end of the 2 hours, while more than 1 game was idling (I got cards for 2 of them).... Or it was already over 2h but IM hadn't updated?
