i have seen it but will it trigger? i didnt really got a answer out of the pinned disc

i know alot about steam and how vac and the other security systems that valve has. but one question. is playing a game while IdlM is running will trigger a security system?
i know you can idle acouple games and play other games while one is running in the back ground. but will steam think this third party program as a cheat or a bad program?

btw. im going to play a vac secured game. TF2
