Kicked is not banned, just make sure you shut down idle master and steam, and then restart steam to play your CSGO. Also helps to run idlemaster in a virtual machine or different PC.

These days its faster to idle all games for half an hour, then start skipping games after 5 seconds, because often steam awards cards when you leave the game. Should be some posts on doing it faster. I just have a custom version of IdleMaster that has a switch to automatically skip to the next game after 5 seconds.

Play the game in Steam offline mode on a different pc.

You need to start another steam session in offline mode to be able to play games while idling. You can download while online, but not play while idling.

Blacklist the other games

Read the FAQ. Run both as administrator.

You can be logged into multiple steam accounts on different PCs (Or virtual machines in my case). In offline mode you can play games without any trouble, just not idle.

Buy more games with carddrops, all the games that had carddrops have finished idling

For 12 games with a few free to play, seems normal.

You shouldn't have to fill that.
