Looking at you inventory you have cards for Black Ops II, Don't Starve, Garry's Mod and Tomb Raider.
You also have more than enough hours into those games to have dropped those cards LONG ago.
You can Check on your Badges page ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/profiles/76561198065037494/badges/ ) and it will tell you how many more FREE card drops you have remaining in a game.
Once it say "No card drops remaining" you can no longer get cards from idling/playing a game.
Only way to get more cards for a game would be through trading, buying them on the market and booster packs.
