You are getting no more drops because you already received all the free drops you can get when you idle or play a game that has trading cards.

I took a look at your profile and all the games that have cards already have 2 hours or more of playtime which is more than enough time to drop most of the cards. The game that have less than 2 hours already gave you all the free cards as they are now sitting in your inventory.

You do not get an unlimited amount of cards from idling a game. If a game has 8 different trading cards it will drop 4 free cards. Some of these cards can be duplicates of ones you already recieved for that game. Once all the free drops are gone you will need to get the rest of the cards to create the badge from the Steam Market or by trading with friends.

so once youve got the drops you can never get them again or how long is the cool down thanks for the info

Once a game drops all the free drops you need to buy or trade for the rest to get a complete set to craft badge.

There is no cool down.
