Can not idle
I have Cs:go also 3 cards from the game but there are 2 more but i can`t idle it says "Idling complete". And i have a question: does if i sell card i can idle it back? Sry but my english is not very good

You only get half the set through idleing/playing. If you want the remaining cards you have 3 options
1) Trade with other players
2) Purchase them off the Market
3) Wait patiently for booster packs

And i have a question: does if i sell card i can idle it back?
No. Trading/Selling/Using cards will not give you replacements.
