Confusion about time before cards start dropping.
Everywhere I look it says that steam added a 2 hour limit before cards start dropping from games and that's why Idle Master has the relevant settings.

I was wondering if I'm missing something or something has changed because I just played Bioshock: Infinite for just over 2 hours and got all four of its drops as seen in screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/yiCWDtY.png

I think it has something to do with the new refund policy they brought out last year.

The Steam refund offer, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime, applies to games and software applications on the Steam store.

So after the 2 weeks I think they go back to the normal drop rate.

It's certainly more reasonable if that is the case.
