Try uninstalling it or deleting it (if portable). Afterward, download the program again. Files get corrupted during download every now and then; in which case removing the application, getting a fresh copy, and then installing it or extracting it (portable) often helps.

UPDATE
I found out that my antivirus deltes Idlemaster.exe and other important files before I open it.
(Also tried Portable version to find that they were missing)

Depends on the anti-virus program. There should be an Exceptions/Whitelist/Ignore option somewhere.
