It's a .exe so you'll probably have to use something which emulates windows, since AFAIK Macs hate the unstable .exe which windows practically runs off.

Sorry, I missed that link. Seems pretty self-explanatory. Download it, put the folder into one place, then run it using the helpfully labelled start program.
