How much time do you need to wait to get the cards?

I know they only drop after 2 hours of playtime. I had 2.8, so they are supposed to drop, I have waited a ton of time, but still not a single card

Depends on the game. One infamous game only yields its drops at the 4-hour mark. There's no standard, you just have to draw on every drop of patience you have and wait.

I was waiting for System Shock 2 cards. Not sure if that game is considered infamous.
