i downloaded the zip from http://www.steamidlemaster.com with the green button

i tryed both, and when i extracted all i also tryed run as administrator (when it's not extracted i cant run it as administrator)
when i tryed as extract all i seen this error,log pop up,maybe its good for something http://pastebin.com/abHwtMm7
