Idle Master Extended (IM-E) does not work for us with more than 4.000 games or about 16 pages of games.

I have noticed that people with more than about 4.000 games or about 16 pages of badges can't get Idle master extended to work anymore. I had IM-E running up until 9 days ago and then after an update it stopped working.

Has anyone got any ideas as to how we fix this so i can't keep wasting my money on buying games that i will never play? I collect games and would like to buy again IF Idle Master Extended start working again. I know many with more than about 4.000 games that can't get Idle Master Extended to work so any help will be appreciated.

It's Valve mucking things up again, it's like how I can't see what games you have because the page load fails pretty quickly.

It's similar to an issue I've seen in the last few days where only 125 pages of inventory load when attempting to do a card trade, and sometimes it's only 250 pages load etc.. or none!

IDK what the fix is other than give ASF or Idle-Daddy a go.

Have you tried deleting the appdata for IM-E? And clearing Internet-explorer browsing history, especially the 3 tick boxes after favorites (you wouldn't need to clear those of course).

sadly IM dont have debug mode nor log output,
don't know what actually happened back there.

I am not familiar with ASF (actually have no clue about what it is) but did try Idle-Daddy but were unable to get it to work )o;

I did delete appdata for IM-E but do not use Internet Explorer for steam things but Google Chrome where i have followed the exact solution from the thread i linked to and that up until 9 days ago worked.

Now this is WEIRD!

I just bought 2 card giving games. And then started Idle Master Extended to see if it logs on.

It does not log on but keeps loading up till page 24, then page 35, then another number but never till the end which is page 63.

Here is what is WEIRD!

I get my cards even though it never seem to log on and idle it still idle. Just got 1 card from each of the 2 games.

Guess Idle master extended "work" for us that have 4.000+ games without ever logging in if you only need to harvest a few games. I will update as I figure out more...

Postscript:

NOW Idle master Extended works again. i did nothing else than let it run for hours where it kept saying: loading badge page and then restart in 10 seconds and then repeating it over and over. So weird it behave like this...
