I can't switch account, pls help

I can't switch account, pls help

First I can't login so I login by put steam username, password and SteamGuard code. But when I want to switch account I can't, I click sigh out then sigh in its auto sigh in to another account and I can't switch it, I try to delete IdleMaster in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\IdleMaster but it still not work :( What should I do?

IM extended Settings, hit the padlock bottom left. click the eye if the fields are blocked.
You need steamcommunity cookies from a logged in browser, SessionID and SteamLoginSecure.

I click it and they already have SessionID and SteamLoginSecure, It also ask for steamparentel and I can't find it TT
