We can't help you if you don't at least describe the issue.

Although if you don't clear through the FAQ and proceed to describe a problem dealt with in the FAQ you will get responses DRIPPING with snark.

right so basically, i double click the thingy and it goes through like normal and then it just doesnt clear the games like wtfff

Steam gives you half of one badge set per game.
See your badge page for the exact text on each game "card drops remaining"
It can take up to 3 hours for cards to start dropping if you've refunded a game in the past.
F2P games don't drop cards unless you spend huge amounts on DLCs or microtransactions.

"Clear the games"? Meaning the game jams on 0 cards remaining and won't move to the next one?
