When I start idling a game with Idle Master, my Steam Client immediately gets disconnected!
Hi, I'm experiencing an issue, that I didn't have until today. For some reason I can no longer run Idle Master and be logged in the Steam Client at the same time. Immediately when I start idling a game in Idle Master, my Steam Client disconnects and until I turn Idle Master's idling off, I can not connect to Steam... Has anyone else experienced something like this? If this is some new security feature in Steam, it would mean death for Idle Master...

Make sure you are not idling 'GAME A' when teh client is running 'GAME B'

Hi Johno83900, thank you for your response.

I had done that in the past and was no problem, but in this case there is no game B running while game A is being idled in IM... I even checked if I forgot a game on at home (though I am certain I didn't) and when I look at my profile it says currently online, but NOT in-game.

Nevermind, lol... when I got home I saw my stationary comp. had Idlemaster idling my games, but the Steam Client was logged out... I gues this must have caused the error. Good to know for people who use more than 1 comp. for idling their games.

I'm now again idling my games without problem.
