Make not count the "hours played".
Is there a way to make the "hours played" in the games not build up while using this program to get the card drops?

I heard some games can take hours and hours to get all the drops and I'm not sure if I was willing to mess up my history...

Nope, it's impossible.

Completely impossible, it's the hours played that directly causes the card drops.
