It's every game I currently have. I even switch between games that have >2,2h and nothing happens.

Same thing for me from last night... Cards start dropping only after 3+ hours.

Switching between the games with 2 hours isnt work, manual idling isnt work too, manual drop or drop with switching start working only after 3 hours...

It seems valve implemented new rules for 2h restricted accounts.

My account isn't 2hr restricted, I have a handful of games I can test out this evening.

Idle Master working normally for me, I idled 7 games together for 6min, then idled them individually for a few seconds each and got 7 card drops - the 1st card for each game.

Next step is to idle them all together for another 30 min. Then for a few seconds each again to get the drops. Rinse & repeat.

So, in little over 2½ hours, I've Idled 7 games and gotten 25 card drops!!
You can't do that with ASF!

have you ever refunded a game?,
what games are taking a long time? (or some of them)
what version is your steam client and OS?
what are your IM settings - 2 hour or individual, And default / least card / most card / most expensive.

And is the time on your profile matching the time the game idled for?

And does stopping the game(s) cause card(s) to drop (if idled for more than 30min)
