Is there any way to export blacklist?

maybe register keys etc.?
i have win 7

I'd guess that you just copy IdleMaster.exe.config to the new installed folder, overwriting the default one.

copy the whole folder and duplicate the appdata folder contents

The IdleMaster config is per-version, the "user.config" file. It's not in the app folder.

IdleMaster.exe.config is irrelevant.

My user.config for example lives in:

C:\Users\glkz\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\Z53<stuff>\DQJ<stuff>\idle..tion_86367c4a3014b007_0001.0004_0282557b99ab4040\Data\1.4.1.0

I regularly copy my blacklist between IdleMaster and ASF, works fine. Changing the format is very easy.
