Yea you need to add minimum 5$ to your account to remove limited status. And if your games has no card drops left then too it won't drop. :O

You might have sold them or you might have no more left. :l you don't get cards for the full bages.

Idle master reads your badge page, the page you see here:

Steam gives the cards(not idle master), it only ever gives half set number of cards.

You need to buy the rest or trade for them:

Free-to-play games do not drop cards unless you spend lots $$$ on in-game purchases od DLCs

You can idle those games ! :D
