What game does it get stuck on?
You could blacklist it.
Check your steam client profile page to see if it's being detected as being played and how many hours are registered by Steam. Also, have you tried pause/unpause the game via idle-master or skip to next game, or are you idling many games at once?

Okey so the games are Brilliant bob, why so evil, why so evil 2, Goocubelets
I checked the page and it is detected as playing those games are played for 3 hours but brilliant bob is around 5 hours
And i tried to stop/pauze etc

Idle them one at a time, check - is your steam client page showing the game as idling? If steam doesn't see the game as idling then it won't drop the cards. Also, if they were all running at once then it takes proportionally longer for the cards to drop. 1 game 1 hour until drop, 10 games at once = 10 hours until drop.

Also if the profile is restricted then it won't drop cards afaik, can you trade with the 2nd account?

Sometimes poor or interrupted connection can cause hours of game time to be lost.

No i cant trade with my second account yet and my wifi is always good

And how do i know if they are idling all at once

Account is restricted so won't drop cards, you need to put $5 or more into the account to unrestrict it, you can use that money to buy gift for primary account - is what I do.
