Not getting trading cards frequently as before
I need some advice to fix my idel master because i am not getting as much trading cards as before

If you mean total that's because you get 50% of 1 badge then your cards stop dropping for that game forever. That's just how steam is made.

If you mean speed-wise yeah Valve changed the drop algorithm. You have to change games to get the drops.
