Oooh boy. That's assuming you don't rest or dump or anything...
Card drop rate algorithm is unique for each user and each steam game. You can idle games for two hours, then idle them one by one, or use well known IM bug with changing games each 5-10 seconds. Enjoy ^_^
Most games are 30 mins per card, a small amount, very approx 1/6th of them take 1hour per card (30/60mins when just left to idle).
Some games will drop the 1st card straight away when you stop the game.
Installing the game might cause the 1st card to drop within a handful of minutes or even seconds.
Some games will drop each remaining card after a few minutes if you stop/start the game.
Recommend you use the fast:forward method:
Run idle master, give each game long enough to register with steam* as playing like about 3 seconds and then hit next. Once you've gone through all of the games, either restart idlemaster or change a setting which causes it to re-read the badge page(update card drop status). Wait 30 minutes and repeat the process of going next through all of the games.
Do this about 8 times for maximum tree shaking!
*If you can be watching another friend(or alt) profile that's set up to pop-up when you're in-game xyz that'd be ideal.
I did some tests yesterday, see here:

Both Idle Master and Archi's Steam Farm can get logged out after time, ASF handles this better if it's set up to re-authenticate (orribly complicated) ASF can also accept card trades for you 1:1 same set if you set it to do so).
Wish I'd known about this sooner but thanks from me too. Gonna save me a whole bunch of pc time!
