I'm on Freelancer homeworld and I just appeared in some random planet's orbit. Left for the weekend and came back to the same place, is this a bug from an update? Can an admin send me back to the freelancer start planet, the one you have to build a base on?

When attempting to use 'http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/groups/hwserver' and clicking on HWS-Connect, a window opens up and only shows a black screen. How can I access HWS-Connect using 'http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/groups/hwserver' through Steam?

Yeah the OCD for example. Just type ocd:? in the game and you get the info. Or press F1 for the HWS PDA, or check the website ;)

Hey, you can choose between PvP and PvE worls. 2 each.
We have some options to be save during offline. OP like you said too buggy, so turned off.

Thx for reply Rex, so i assume i have to start on a starter planet and then make my way to a PvE planet? or can you place me on a PvE planet? Dont know anything about the OCD it wasnt around when I was playing on the server a few months ago, i quit 2/3 months back because of OP not working and way over powered HV/SVs being able to destroy well protected bases is crazy, and PvP should be PvP and not PvPO (Players Offline), thought a few months off would have sorted this issues but obviously not, i spent 3 days in game built 3 bases all destoyed and raided as soon as i logged in (i dont call that PvP)

@Mac: we turned offline protection off because it caused more troubles than it helped. We have permanent pve planets, we have PvE rotation systems and the OCD.

can anybody confirm if offline protection is working now?

We would play the storry at Pirates and than i rename the Faction name and than was we all out from my faction. and now we can not use the base and Ships.

For now we thought about conquer your faction planet and defend it by yourself. It will be more important in 3.0 since Auto Miner get a quite important patch regarding this.

About chat we can't do much. Please report this to the devs.
With a looot of work we could build it in HWS Connect but then you can also just use steam, TS or whatever ;)

one more thing the chat when you get info from server and when peopel do info ect its goes so fast you cant see faction chat is theer a way to have a different window for faction chat or even different colours for faction chat.

Rex my suggestion is what ever faction has the planet for example mda may have venus then they are to in charge of who has permission to build that way the number of bases on each planet can be kept below full. i.e. you coudl put the faction that helps new peole to watch over mars ect. that way you will not get the problem you have on nova fortune and new hope happen again. and if they go against the permission then faction goes to jail. what you think make your life a little easier.

Problem logging back in:

Yesterday, I was exploring "waterworld". As the planet was bugged (strange terrain, couldn't use items etc) I logged out. Now I can't log back in. I can hear the "space" soundrack while the system tries to jack me in, but to no no avail. Can anything be done for me?

Created a faction when i was inside my building. Have no access to building. I dont dare to login and lose my backpack if i spawn outside while my backpack is inside. My base and SV is on m7g-677 and i also tried to leave faction but that dident help.

FYI Server is back to 70 slots open now, no lag at all!

Jascha or rexxxus i had a disconnect while leaving earth orbit to space... relog and i was falling out of sky to earth surface. Hope my ship is still somewhere in orbit name of ship is Liberty.

I'm sorry guys, this is the 100% CPU problem. It can't calculate your movements etc. properly. I am working on it... even if this means that I need to buy another server :(

Although my ping isn't as good as Dunken's, I'm seeing similar performance issues. Seems everyone on the new server is seeing the same issues, with only 15-20 connected.

Don't know if this happens to several others, but the ping says ~50ms but there is about 5s delay atm on everything me and my friend does (building, shooting, accessing stuff). Just thought I should let you know
