After over a day of radio silence from the other company's support team I decided to give Host Havoc a shot and signed up for their service. My server was provisioned within minutes and I was easily able to restore my server's save via FTP. I initially got the "Server Not Responding" error when trying to connect. I created a ticket with Host Havoc and two minutes later (literally) I received a response from Scott C. The problem was fixed immediately and my friends and I were able to login. Amazing response time, seriously. It's been almost 36 hours and I've yet to receive a response from the other guys. Needless to say I'm cancelling that service and hosting with Host Havoc moving forward.
TL:DR: Customer support is insanely responsive. These guys are awesome
