For those unaware many of us have made the move from the Lotus servers to the Skial servers for where we mainly play. I invite all of you to join us if you haven't. I also will be holding a raffle in the next week or so for a Key; all those currently with the 10/6 tag on are considered entered into the drawing as a thanks for playing an the good times. The raffle will be completely random ie. names in a hat, which I thought fitting

Fede wanted me to let everyone know he won't be online proabbly for a few weeks due to some personal issues he is dealing with and didn't want anyone worrying or wondering where he went. If all goes well he should be back in a couple weeks. So best of luck for ya Fede!

So a few friends of mine and I will be playing PlanetSide 2 in the upcoming beta and once it's released. PS2 is a persistent MMOFPS. It will be Free to Play! There are 3 factions all vying for control of territory over 3 massive continents. We are playing on the New Conglomerate.
Where CoD and BF have maps with 64 people, PS2 will have whole continents with thousands of people waging war around the clock. Think of it like this, CoD and BF are skirmishes and PS2 is war. Planetside 2 incorporates not just the skirmish-style of combat that serves the basis of other FPS games, but all aspects of fighting in a persistent warfront. Things like troop transportation, scouting/patrols, fortification maintaining, garrisoning key positions, and supply trains are not just quirky activities to participate in, they are ESSENTIAL roles in maximizing the effectiveness of your army. Between dozens of fully customizable infantry roles, a plethora of highly modifiable vehicles, and countless support details, if you ever wanted to simulate doing it in battle, you can do it in Planetside 2.

We are trying to get an idea of how many people may be playing,what their style of play is, and what class they might play. We are looking to get an idea of what we are working with as far as numbers and classes for overall strategy for our outfit and squad.

Ello all and welcome,
I just wanted it known if you want to represent and add the <10/6> tag you are all welcome to.
As Laser said "It's the price of a hat back in old britian, 10 shillings and 6 pence. It's also the card the mad hatter wears in Alice in Wonderland." It was a way to identify that the Mad Hatter was a hat maker by profession. I thought it a fitting tag.
So feel free to add it or not.
