I have a big problem with steam. Many times I lag and then steam stops working. I have no idea how to fix it. :(

Restricted Unlockables:
- Fall 2012 excluded weapons:

6. The Scout's Bootie Time and Pyro's Jingle Belt
7. Huo-Long Heater
8. Red-tape Recorder
9. Vitasaw
10. Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol
11. Cleaner's Carbine
12. Familiar Fez (The Saharan Spy Set)
13. Ol' Snaggletooth (The Croc-o-style Set)
Other Sets and Set bonuses are allowed.
Any new weapons released during the course of a season are NOT allowed, unless otherwise ok'd by Admins and Testing Ground

I have some problem. I wanted to use the saharan spy set and red-tape recorder. The sahara set are not allowed(if togheter) and red-tape recorder. So now I need to look after good weapons and all that I can use on highlander that are not banned

They are just a bit late with putting that in.
