Hey guy's, Im sorry about missing the last game without any notcie... I was randomly told I had soccer practice today and had no time whatsoever to let anyone know. So again, I am truely sorry.

Really unfortunate that the other team was so set on waiting an hour for their last before scrimming yesterday. That's what happens when your leaders are too young and immature I guess. How'd the scrim go? Snow, next time we have a scrim time open let me know and I'll try to find us a better/different team.

Snow and I reviewed the first game's demo last night. I'll mix the mumble with the video and put it up on youtube within the next few days. Streaming the demo gameplay live over twitch tv seemed to work well, but I'll see what I can do next time to avoid having to merge the mumble audio with the demo review video. If we'd just used the twitch audio and included my mic, we'd end up with a bit of a delay between me saying something and snow responding in the video. Maybe we'll still use mumble, I'll include my mic in the recording, and snow will be recorded by being mixed into the stereo mix instead of through mumble. What do you think, snow?

How'd the scrim go?

Ya! :D I'm ready for this season! :)

Just saw the team's status on UGC has been marked as ready. Exciting!

I'm finally in my new place with internet service set up. I'll be setting everything else up today and should be in game at some point today.

So just a heads up for everyone; I'll be in my new place this Friday/Saturday and will have internet access again by Sunday. Do we want to arrange a scrim for next week before our first match on the 10th? If so, I'll be available Monday night at the normal game time.

Sorry i couldn't be there, i'm grounded till i get my grades up. Wont be too long till im back :D

So. We had 5 show up from GR excluding subs and random friends, and most joined after 8 instead of 15 minutes before. Also, not everyone read the announcements and was prepared to use mumble. That's a problem. Besides the lack of teamwork, the scrim was still fun and I'm glad those who showed up did. On a good note, my personal mumble server worked without any problems for us, so that's probably what we'll continue to use in the future. Chris, David, and myself are going to talk a few things over before setting up our next scrim. Thanks to those who played.

That's a good point Rinand. Just learning how to communicate the essentials as a team without cluttering up the comms will be a good thing to work on even if we don't have everyone.

well we probably need subs but if we have 2 or three who can play classes ok i think it will be a great first challenge to see where we are as a team so we can improve on it

Fourth I need you to directly contact me ASAP. I am already looking into a sub for Guth as I'm pretty sure circumstances will keep him away. We need to talk and get a group discussion going. I'm going to try and contact as many people as possible.

Sorry to hear that Chris. Any estimation of when you're likely to be back in full force? I'll start up a discussion for availability and interest, and if we have enough available and interested, I'll see what I can do about getting an iron or low steel team lined up for us to scrim with sometime this week. Chris, would you be available at all or will we be finding a sub for you for that scrim?
We've been missing each other online lately. We'll have to catch up.
