The G man seemed to find early game weapons ineffective and some of the quests a bit bothersome but enjoyed the game enough to say he would be playing the sequels. He enjoyed the atmosphere, the survival-horror elements and felt very rewarded when finally getting powerful weapons and armour. He also enjoyed the mythos: taking time to read the notes about 'the zone'
